WHY A LIFE COACH?
When I first started guiding others,
I didn’t carry a title—I carried trust.
People naturally reached out to me when they were seeking clarity, a different perspective, or simply someone to listen and understand what was unsaid. I didn’t label it coaching—I called it showing up. Being present and helping others move from stuck to certainty.
But over time, I realized: I wanted more than instinct.
I wanted structure.
I wanted a standard.
I wanted to deepen the work I was already doing, with tools and techniques rooted in excellence and ethics.
That’s when I turned to coaching certification.
Through the process, I gained more than a credential—I gained language for what I already knew, and a framework to expand what I could offer. The ICF’s Core Competencies—like cultivating trust and safety, evoking awareness, and maintaining presence—felt less like new ideas and more like coming home. Now, I coach with more confidence and clarity.
Not just from the heart, but with a professional edge that honors both the person and the process. I’m not here to give you answers—I’m here to help you uncover your own.
Coaching isn’t a shortcut.
It’s a sacred partnership rooted in listening, growth, and intentional action.
And for me, certification wasn’t about starting something new—it was about elevating what I’ve always been called to do.
