Your Intentional Life and Therapeutic Writing Coach.
Helping you bridge the gap between social-emotional well-being and authorship.
My Story, Your Hope, Is not just an anthology but a project of cleansing, acknowledgment, and healing. Sometimes, we smooth over the pain of our stories and avoid reliving the details, or we block the connecting pieces that define our current state of being. We focus on the happy ending and eliminate the risk of opening old wounds or filling the gaps that connect the past and the present.
As the authors of each story were tasked with putting their stories to paper, they faced head-on challenges, demons, and fears as they not only relived each component of their story but also found themselves submerged in a myriad of emotions, readdressing issues and combating hidden truths. Some authors made pivoting connections and helped heal others within their stories. At the same time, others removed the blinders and found further healing for themselves.
My Story, Your Hope, will take you on the journey of thirteen women, just like you, with their individual and unique stories, filled with components of love, loss, grief, and pain. It is vividly written to give you a candid peek into the trials, turmoil, release, and healing of a journey that is widely similar but often suppressed by many.
My Story, Your Hope When fear, pain, loss, and grief are too much to ignore, the road to healing is in the writing; the story must be shared. Take a moment to write your story down, acknowledge your feelings, and make connections between past and present.

What an awesome day!!! I attended ‘Finding Hope Live’ in Plano, TX, 8/18/2024. This was a transformative experience!!! It was a powerful gathering of women sharing their journeys of finding hope after encountering brokenness. At Finding Hope Live, I connected with like-minded women who have faced similar struggles and triumphs. My Line Sister/Friend, Dr. Michelle Kindred, brought talented ladies together and created a book titled, “MY STORY, YOUR HOPE WHEN FEAR, PAIN, LOSS AND GRIEF are too much to Ignore”. I can’t wait to read the book, particularly about GRIEF, because Lord knows that one hit Very Close to home for me.
This book is available on Amazon. It’s a must read!!!!
So proud of you, Sis, Dr. Michelle Kindred!!
Thank you for inviting me to the serious chat with my sisters. I felt safe to cry. I am still holding on to my pain. It was a time to purge and cleanse my being.
I really enjoyed Sunday and can’t wait to read the book.
Thank you,
The presence, experiences, expertise, and captivating story and knowledge shared at the “My Story, Your Hope” book empowerment book signing event will give the audience the courage to look deep within, throw off societal norms and labels about who we are, and find the courage to “be” who God planned them to be.
